CIVIL WORKS
Does the project take into account the environment conditions, both superficial and underground?
Are there obstacles hidden underground huge enough to delay and make considerably more expensive the works?
Have been proposed options in order to take advantage of the underground conditions instead of suffer them?
Have you thought about the permanence in time of the work against changes in the groundwater level? with which security ratio?
Can the technical solutions proposed become a chronic load to the Property?
Does your project cover the legal end environmental implications?
Environmental impact statements / Environmental impact reports (EIS / EIR)
Saboredo has carried out several reports to fit the current regulations and legislation in Europe, Spain and Catalonia.
Responsibility management Every business activity generates an environmental impact and every environmental impact generates a degree of responsibility. Saboredo carries out the reports to know, evaluate and minimize this degree of responsibility during the whole life-span of the project.
EIS / EIR in the project design stage A project that has been worked out without taking into account its later environmental impact may require modifications and delays while executing it, that means a considerable increase in costs.
You may reduce significantly this cost if you invest a small part of it in a previous report that fit the project in its environmental context.
Environmental impact over the project A report, before the project has been worked-out, of the obstacles that the environment can set on the project, has a decisive incidence later on the unexpected costs and on the delivery date of the works. Unfortunately, there are a lot of examples of this. Saboredo has become a pioneer of this kind of reports.
